SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
10:00AM | Event Begins
Activities and booths will open, including City of West Kelowna Fun Zone. These activities will run until the event ends at 4:30pm.
10:30AM | Gratitude Ceremony
The Walk of Heroes will begin, along with gratitude speeches and a presentation of the honour coins.
11:30AM | BBQ Begins
A complimentary BBQ hosted by Emmanuel and Evangel Churches will begin
12:00PM | Entertainment Begins
The Big Blue Box stage entertainment begins at noon and runs until 4:30pm
3:00PM | BBQ Ends
The BBQ will wrap up, and live music and entertainment will continue.
4:30PM | Event Wrap Up
Event comes to a close.

What is it?
The Walk of Heroes will recognize the bravery and dedication of members in our community that worked hard to protect our communities during the 2023 Okanagan wildfire.
HONOUR COINS
What are they?
Honour coins for emergency responders serve as powerful symbols that go beyond their tangible form. They carry with them the weight of honour, recognition, and shared experiences. We would like to present every emergency responder involved in the 2023 Okanagan Wildfire with a unique challenge coin for their dedicated service and sacrifices.
